The temperature has risen sharply since the fall, and the refrigerator has become a necessity for many families to store food. If the refrigerator is not cooling, then the trouble will be big, and the food stored in it will quickly deteriorate under the high temperature catalysis.
1. The high-pressure output buffer pipe in the compressor is broken, or the screw fixing this pipe is loose, causing the high-pressure pipe to not discharge air and the low-pressure pipe to not suck air, so although the compressor cooling boxes is running, it is not cooling.
2. The refrigeration system leaks and the refrigerant ran out. Although the compressor is running, there is no refrigerant in the system to evaporate and absorb heat, so the temperature in the refrigerator does not drop.
3. The capillary tube is blocked, the refrigerant cannot enter the evaporator to evaporate and absorb heat, and the temperature in the refrigerator does not drop.
How to judge the reason why the refrigerator is not cooling
1. Check whether the power connection is normal. Open the door of the box and observe whether the lighting in the box is on, or test with an electric pen.
2. If the power connection is normal, listen to whether the compressor is working. The compressor will make a slight and vibrating motor sound when working normally (if you feel the vibration of the compressor with your hands, you should be careful not to burn, because the temperature of the compressor is 40-50℃ in winter and 80-90℃ in summer)
3. If the compressor can work, judge whether there is refrigerant (refrigerant) in the refrigeration system. Let the refrigerator run for a few minutes, then unplug it, and listen carefully for the sound of liquid flowing in the copper pipe. If not, it means that the refrigerant in the system has leaked, or the compressor has lost its working capacity.
4. If your refrigerator is of indirect cooling type, check whether the fan is working. Open the door of the freezer compartment and press the button at the edge of the box opening by hand (this button controls the indoor lighting and stops the fan when the door is opened) to check whether the fan is working. If the fan is not working, the refrigerator will not be cooled.
5. Putting too much food in the refrigerator will also affect the cooling effect.
